What is the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs per model across our product range. Lead time is confirmed against the order specification.
How does the sample policy work?
Samples are charged first. The sample charge is refunded when the whole order reaches 200 pcs.
What lead time should we plan for?
Typically 7–15 days for 100–200 pcs and 14–25 days for larger volumes, subject to the confirmed specification and order plan.
Can you support CE, RoHS or UL compliance?
Product compliance applications are made under the buyer's name. Kunling manufactures and tests to the agreed specification and provides supporting test data and technical files. ISO 9001:2015 covers the factory quality management system; it is not a product certification.
